The consignment for our company′s 14 million dollars Sudan project

The consignment ceremony for our company′s 14 million dollars Sudan project was held in the first working district at 18 past 11 on December , 7th . Our company leaders such as Mr Sun longping, Mz Mu quiping, Mr Chen kehong, Mr Li zhengmin and so on attended this ceremony. The prime minister and the chief engineer also took part in the ceremony. And representatives for Zibo customs, Zibo administration for Entry-Exit inspection and quarantine, Boshan district government, Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China construction Bank, Commercial Bank, and Agricultural Bank took part in this ceremony too. With board chairman Mr Su longping′s command the first 40 lorries full of pump sets and spare parts ran out of our company one after another to Qing Dao port.

Our company′s 14 million dollars Sudan project is the second big export project after 11 million dollars Sudan project recent years. It contains 335 sets pump sets for irrigation with diesel engine and some spare parts. The main products for this export project are big pumps, totally there are 8 kinds pumps and many kinds of spare parts. All products weight more than 2000 tons and are packed in more the 800 cases. Because Sudan is in Africa；temperature is high with much sand；and working conditions are poor. So it needs products have high quality. Due to this, our company match pumps with international famous Cummins and Deutz diesel engine.

In order to finish this Sudan project successfully, the whole company were busy with this project from September. The foreign trade, production and technology departments cooperate with each other；the production support department organized regular meeting every morning

to arrange working tasks；and every workshops arrange their work again, they chose good workers to take part in this project and add workers for important production. There are three teams to work day and night in order to finish Sudan project within contract time and make sure the quality of every product is high. Every night workers work in the wokshops without complain. They only have one faith that they must make sure the project will be finished successfully. After 3 months′tensely working, we finish the project basically till December , 6th . According to plan the consignment will last to about December 15th ,and it needs 200 lorries.
