The 14th congress of workers and staff of our company convene successfully on September 28 , 2004, The leaders of the Labor Union and 116 company representatives have participated in this meeting.

The representative participating in the conference passes " the administrative labor report " " Labor Union the 13th committee work report " " 13th committee of Labor Union financial work report " and " 13th committee of Labor Union funds work report” through discussion. The congress recognized that the " administrative work report " review company over the last seven years in reform and innovate , expanding the market , scientific management etc conscientiously. And it has affirmed the achievement, summarized the experience, on the basis of analysing the market form scientifically, proposed knowing the thought and task in work in the following five years clearly.
